Inspired by the historical period of the early 20th century, our idea is to reintroduce our guests to a time where the experience of having a cocktail and a bite to eat was both healthful and enjoyable. Focused on the art and craft of mixing exceptional local ingredients in precise measurements to create perfect and unique flavor profiles. Fresh, house-pressed juices and a wide assortment of bitters and specially developed syrups, result in stunning cocktails. Attention is paid to the smallest of details with three different kinds of ice, including a nod to the building's original use as an Ice Plant, with a 300lb block of ice and custom cubes. The farm to table restaurant and bar is open for lunch and dinner. Serving grass-fed beef and burgers, local seafood, with vegetarian options and daily specials. The original "Ice Plant" building dates back to 1927, an experience like no other in Florida. It is complete with the original bridge crane on rails overhead the bar. The crane was used to pick up huge blocks of ice to then be broken down and sold to local customers and the shrimp boats. We wanted to restore the feeling of walking into an old factory. Come relax and enjoy a step back in time.

Very cool and hip place. Drinks were very good. The food was good. Feel as though the menu is pretty limited and wish they had more vegetarian options. Staff was very friendly. Loved the app they use to show you your wait time and spot on their list. Though it ended up being a little buggy when it came to letting us know that it was actually time. Only other issue we had was the restrooms... 1. Would of expected a place like that to have more than one stall in the men's bathroom. 2. My wife said 3 of the 4 stalls in the woman's had out of order signs on them. But aside from that everything was great. Would recommend and would go back.

Came into town to see the lights. Stopped in for a few cocktails while the sun went down. Very cool bar in an old historic building. Staff was friendly and bartenders were knowledgeable. Gave a great dinner suggestion for later. Drinks were very good.

Neat atmosphere. The appetizers were really good. Some of our party really liked their main course while the others thought it was good, but not great. The desserts we ordered, banana pudding and apple cobbler, were not good. The service was excellent and the restaurant appeared clean. The place was packed. Seating is somewhat limited. Their wait list system was nice though as you knew exactly how long you had been waiting and what place you were in line.Parking is free here.
